Almost a year after the original vinyl came out, Phil enlists two
visionary producers to get to grips with Phil’s stoner’s anthem “It
Put Me Well”. Fred Everything’s revisit shades Duriez’s, with its
pummeling break, addictive rip-roaring bass, full flavoured keys and real hypnotic feel. David Duriez’s reconstruction toughens up the percussion, while eerie and un-nerving keys scare, the vocals are maniacally Fxed, and the rugged fearsome bass filters through.
