Human By Nature returns to Robsoul with ‘The Loop’, completing the circle two years after his last appearance on the label.

At the heart of the release is ‘The Loop’, a house-funk roller born from a reunion with Andrés Margar, the collaborator behind Human By Nature’s very first Robsoul release. What began as a near-finished idea quickly turned into a late-night jam, with Andrés laying down live bass, guitar chords and a chorus vocal written on the spot. The result is a floor-focused track packed with chemistry, energy and swing.
‘Forever’ is a jacking experiment in deep sampling, sax cuts and Prophet stabs that lock perfectly with an accidentally discovered vocal moment. ‘Digital Love’ leans into classic 90s house territory, upbeat and nostalgic, with a guitar riff inspired by Sandy Rivera. Closing things out, ‘In the Mornin” delivers a slow-burn dancefloor builder, designed for those after-after hours as the sun starts to rise.
Curated by Robsoul boss Phil Weeks and shaped by a clear sense of growth, The Loop is a proper dose of house, brimming with funk, jack, real vocals, and groove-heavy messages. A fitting return, and a reminder of why Human By Nature and Robsoul remain such a natural match.
