Info:

Robsoul welcome the return of a very longstanding friend, Signatune bossman and fellow Parisian REda daRE. Following summer bubblers on Adult Only and Jam With Us, he comes packing four timeless joints, all rich in reference points as the titles might suggest…
‘Called Quest’ sharpens your inner q-tips with its super distinctive rapper samples and lewd, low-slung bassline action while ‘Mis-Education’ looks back for a timeless late 80s take on one of the best vocalists in the modern soul game. Elsewhere the mild tickles of organ and acid on ‘Jersey City Gang’ take us back to one of the strongest house music sources of all time.
Finally ’12 Inches’ reminds us that size isn’t everything but diameter most certainly helps. A full edge-to-edge homage those original Chicago wax platters that hit Europe like a hurricane and change music, and our lives, forever. Get educated.
